Reinforce communication with followers across each portal and its social networks. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring trending content and relevant information for portals * Developing ideas for creating content for internal portals * Creating content strategies aligned with internal portal objectives * Responding to messages and comments on Facebook * Scheduling content on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest platforms * Gathering social media metrics for content optimization * Copywriting * Populating internal databases * Providing technical support to the team * Tracking email campaign activation and scheduling * Analyzing results to optimize email campaigns * Preparing performance reports * Updating tracking files * Applying ISPD’s management principles: Product/customer profitability, * Margin orientation, Efficiency. * Safeguarding the digital image and reputation of internal portals within their digital environments. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields. * No prior experience required. * Academic knowledge of social media management * Microsoft Office suite * Adobe Creative Suite (Basic) * Google tools (Gmail\- Calendar \- Meet) * Zoom \- Teams **We Offer:** Financial support **Employment Type:** Hybrid **Schedule:** Monday to Friday Position Type: Full-time Salary: $4,321\.75 \- $5,186\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in 06140, Condesa Neighborhood, CDMX
