Position Objective: Coordinate the introduction of new products, VAVE and tactical projects through appropriate planning, development, and execution in adherence to the NPI methodology, meeting cost, quality, timing, and inventory requirements to ensure achievement of organizational objectives for the respective manufacturing site. Responsibilities:* Develop the project plan for the Operations team, aligned with program objectives. * Lead project implementation in accordance with NPI processes to achieve operational goals and objectives. * Ensure product cost remains within the project’s established limit. * Guarantee project expenditure remains within the planned budget. * Maintain product quality levels per project requirements. * Ensure project implementation occurs within the planned timeline. * Maintain inventory levels per project requirements and supply chain design. * Ensure process capacity is appropriately designed and meets demand plan volume requirements. * Coordinate monitoring and control of the project plan throughout the five phases of the new product introduction process, ensuring timely and proper delivery of all deliverables. * Guarantee availability of resources for the project. * Timely communicate project status, risks, and activities under your responsibility. * Maintain strict adherence to the NPI methodology and applicable standard work for VAVE, tactical, and NPI projects. * Prioritize and manage resources jointly with other Project Engineers and Project Managers to avoid resource conflicts across different projects. * Ensure project documentation complies with ISO 9000\. * Participate in continuous improvement events to enhance NPI area performance.
