This role involves working closely with AI systems to train, test, and refine their responses across various tasks such as language, reasoning, coding, or domain\-specific knowledge. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Train AI models by creating, reviewing, and refining prompts and responses * Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality * Perform data annotation, labeling, and categorization tasks * Provide feedback to improve model performance and reduce errors * Follow project guidelines and maintain high\-quality standards * Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement of AI systems ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (CS, Engineering, Linguistics, Math, etc.) * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines * Comfortable working with tools, spreadsheets, and AI platforms ### **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in AI training, data annotation, or content evaluation * Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering * Domain expertise (e.g., coding, mathematics, language, finance, etc.) * Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets ### **Compensation \& Work Setup:** * Remote / Freelance / Contract\-based roles available * Flexible working hours * Performance\-based incentives (depending on project)
