**Galería Tapachula Shopping Mall** We are currently recruiting for the following position: **"Maintenance Supervisor"** to work at Galerías Tapachula Shopping Mall located in Tapachula, Chiapas. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $14,600 gross monthly; after probation period increases to $15,300 gross. * Statutory benefits * Direct contract with the shopping mall * Job stability * Work schedule: Tuesday through Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday with one day off per week. **Required Profile:** * Gender: Indistinct * Education: Degree in electromechanical engineering * Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience as a maintenance supervisor in shopping malls, department stores, supermarkets, or similar facilities * Verifiable experience in similar roles and activities related to BUILDING MAINTENANCE * (staff management, inventories, budgeting, internal and external suppliers, special event installations, plumbing, drywall, electrical work, painting, furniture, and finishes) * Personnel management experience * **NOT A CONTRACTOR—we require a candidate who has worked as a maintenance assistant in BUILDINGS.** Responsibilities: * Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of our special equipment * (generators, power plants, forklifts, pumping equipment, etc.) * Organize and supervise general maintenance including masonry, sanitary-hydraulic systems, plumbing, gardening, drywall, welding, electrical systems, etc. * Supervise maintenance tasks performed by external vendors and ensure quality delivery of work. * Coordinate and lead the maintenance team to ensure efficiency and quality in all tasks. * Develop planning strategies and maintenance budgets to optimize resources. * Ensure continuous operation of the shopping mall and make timely decisions. * Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Manage the maintenance department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. * Coordinate with the procurement department on necessary requirements for mall maintenance. * Lead various maintenance areas (special installations, facades, shopping mall maintenance)
