A company dedicated to interior decoration is seeking a Production Coordinator **Job Objective** To coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of Deco Galería’s production processes, guaranteeing on-time delivery, quality standards, efficient use of resources, and effective communication among involved departments. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** · Plan and coordinate production orders according to customer orders, priorities, and delivery dates. · Supervise production areas (carpentry, printing, finishing, assembly, etc.) ensuring continuous workflow. · Monitor daily production progress and report deviations in timelines or quality. · Coordinate operational staff, assigning workloads and resolving incidents. · Ensure compliance with quality standards, minimal rework, and proper final product presentation. · Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. · Control material usage, waste, and consumption, reporting replenishment needs. · Implement process improvements to optimize timelines, costs, and efficiency. · Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the production area. · Support training and development of operational staff. **Key Competencies** · Results-oriented · Teamwork · Decision-making · Sense of urgency · Attention to detail · Working Conditions · 100% hands-on operational work. · Schedules aligned with operational needs and production workload.
