Senior Field Recruiter - Mass Hiring

**Position Objective: Prior experience in massive recruitment is essential, preferably within banana plantations.** Plan, execute, and ensure effective recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel for fieldwork in banana farms, guaranteeing timely coverage of mass vacancies (over 100 positions), with profiles specialized in agricultural and operational activities aligned to the company's production needs. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Design and implement field and mass recruitment strategies tailored to banana production requirements. * Conduct profile assessments and coverage planning with farm leaders and area supervisors. * Coordinate and conduct recruitment events in rural communities and nearby areas. * Perform initial and technical interviews to validate competencies and skills. * Coordinate psychometric and medical evaluation processes according to company requirements. * Assemble personnel files in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations (Federal Labor Law, IMSS). * Maintain and manage an updated database of candidates and prospects. * Manage relationships with local authorities, job boards, technical schools, and employment agencies. * Monitor key performance indicators such as vacancy coverage, hiring time, and turnover rates. * Comply with company-established standards for quality, safety, and confidentiality. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Agronomy, or related field (certified graduate or intern). **Experience:** * Minimum **2 verifiable years** in mass recruitment (over 100 positions) and field recruitment, preferably in the agricultural or agribusiness industry. * Experience recruiting for agricultural, operational, and production roles. **Technical Knowledge:** * Recruitment strategies in rural communities. * Competency-based interviewing techniques. * Basic knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT). * Proficiency with digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn, OCC, Computrabajo, social media). * Personnel file management and document control. **Skills and Competencies:** * Effective communication and empathy across diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. * Organization and planning. * Negotiation and persuasion. * Results-oriented with ability to work under pressure. * Ability to work in the field with frequent travel. **Other Requirements:** * Availability to travel to farms and nearby communities. * Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle (desirable). **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Career development opportunities within a leading banana production and export company. ***Statutory benefits, full IMSS enrollment.*** Send your information to: jespinosa@chanitos.com Work schedule in Tapachula, Chiapas.
