Supervise the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate greater profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service by monitoring the flawless execution of processes and activities performed by the team. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct operational checklists at the store. \- Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing and placement, as well as store order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate team members using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
