Requirements * Required education level: Junior high school / technical junior high * Experience: 1 \- 2 years as a KITCHEN ASSISTANT * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Techniques for cleaning and disinfecting vegetables, fruits, utensils, and surfaces. + Proper washing, cutting, and storage of ingredients. + Knowledge of use and care of Japanese knives + Setting up efficient workstations. * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Results-oriented + Commitment + Customer orientation + Motivation + Teamwork * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 11:00 \- 19:00 Schedule clarification: ONE DAY OFF PER WEEK ON A ROTATING BASIS Functions and activities * Keep refrigerators, shelves, and preparation areas organized. * Cook rice and other base ingredients under supervision of the cook or chef. * Pass ingredients, utensils, or materials during dish plating. * Wash, peel, cut, and disinfect vegetables and fruits.
