Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of agricultural and mining machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Specialized maintenance of agricultural and mining machinery 2. Diagnosis and repair of electrical and control systems 3. Installation and programming of PLCs and piping We are an agricultural and mining bulk terminal providing specialized and efficient loading and unloading services for cargo with temporary storage at ports. It specializes in bulk cargo handling and offers integrated logistics solutions with a unique service in the industry. Job Objectives: * Perform oil changes in power systems; replace seals and bearings in mechanical assemblies; replace bushings and pins in machinery joints; replace buckets, bearings, belts, liners, journal bearings, switches, circuit breakers, control panels, disconnect switches, and contacts. * Perform maintenance on bucket elevators, belt conveyors, chain conveyors, and screw conveyors; assemble and disassemble gear reducers; maintain electric motors and motor starters. * Diagnose and repair electric motors, motor starters, and motor control systems; diagnose faults in electrical lines and automated control systems; diagnose faults in PLCs, solenoid valves, and electronic boards of machinery. * Install piping and electrical lines, scale motors, and CCM equipment. * Align transmission pulleys or chains as well as flexible couplings; install and program PLCs. * Repair minor electrical issues of machinery (fuse replacement, start switches, short circuits).
