Your main responsibilities: * Support the **sales team**: lead tracking, quotations, CRM management, customer service * Operational management of the new **Operations and Maintenance (O&M)** unit: service scheduling, contract administration, reporting * Coordination of **installer schedules** and technical team activities * **Collections and payment follow-up** * Support in executing **marketing campaigns** and social media activities * Generation of schedules, reports, and key documentation * Organization of meetings, deliveries, trainings, and internal activities ✅ Requirements: * Experience in commercial, operational, or administrative areas (1–3 years) * Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams simultaneously * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, CRM (HubSpot preferred), Trello, or similar platforms * Proactivity, solution-oriented mindset, and growth mentality * Genuine interest in **renewable energy and sustainability** (bonus point!)
