Supervision of safety and hygiene. **Job Objective** Supervise and execute black work (structural work) in mass housing developments, ensuring structural quality, compliance with the construction schedule, and correct implementation of the formwork (shuttering) system, while optimizing on-site resources and productivity. **Education** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Degree holder or intern with verifiable experience. **Experience** * 2–4 years as a Black Work Site Supervisor or Resident Engineer. * **Essential experience in mass housing construction.** * Proficiency in **formwork-based construction systems**. * Coordination of work crews and contractors. * Physical progress tracking and weekly reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise proper execution of black work (structural work) per drawings and specifications. * Coordinate crews for formwork assembly and concrete pouring. * Verify alignment, plumbness, and leveling prior to each concrete pour. * Control cycle time per housing unit. * Ensure quality at every stage to prevent rework. * Request materials and concrete according to the schedule. * Report daily and weekly physical progress. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Support handover of housing units for the next construction phase. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs; Saturday, 8:00–12:00 hrs. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
