




Position Summary: We are seeking a finance professional to strengthen internal control, planning, and performance monitoring within a home goods retail company. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on internal control and information reliability We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (completed or incomplete) in economics, administration, or accounting, with at least 3 years of experience, to work in a home goods retail company with multiple sales locations, who is eager to grow professionally in the finance area and continue advancing within the organization. Age: 30 years and older. Marital Status: No preference. Gender: No preference. Position Objectives: 1. Monitor key business results. 2. Monitor business financial controls. 3. Ensure reliability of business information/results. 4. Serve as liaison with the accounting firm. 5. Fulfill the role of business co-pilot. 6. Support and promote internal control within the organization. Main Responsibilities: · Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and controls. · Provide business financial information and key business performance indicators. · Closely monitor business sales and revenue. · Conduct business financial planning. · Immediately inform senior management of any deviations, theft, embezzlement, or non-compliance by any organizational staff. · Maintain the organization's proper tax status. · Ensure timely submission of monthly and annual tax declarations through the organization's external accounting firm. · Ensure compliance with social security contributions (IMSS, Infonavit, etc.) through the organization's external accounting firm. · Control organizational expenses. · Perform treasury duties, payments, and accounts receivable follow-up. · Validate and process payroll for the personnel department. · Develop team members under supervision. · Timely communicate any issues to senior management (internal). Work Experience: · Supervision and management of personnel. · Fundamental accounting knowledge. · Experience in the finance area (minimum 3 years). · Proficiency with an ERP/system. · Office applications: 70%.
