Full Job Description The Position Monitor warehouse operations in a timely manner to ensure service delivery to internal and external customers, fully complying with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection requirements, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as reflected in local and corporate guidelines and applicable national and international regulations. Duties and Responsibilities Properly utilize and/or manage the material and financial resources available to the Central Warehouse. Comply with and verify compliance with procedures related to Good Manufacturing Practices, Warehousing, Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection applicable to assigned activities. Attend training sessions related to responsibilities and duties, including Good Manufacturing Practices, Health, Safety, and Hygiene. Follow up on corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, audit observations, and change control activities. Participate in the development and/or updating of procedures related to assigned activities. Support external and internal audits of the area. Support training and qualification of personnel. Ensure service delivery to internal and external customers through floor presence to proactively identify and correct risks affecting operational continuity. Ensure inventory reliability by monitoring processes and conducting investigations and corrections when necessary. Provide analytical and technical support to operators in problem resolution and follow-up on investigations generated during operations. Review the status of the Warehouse Monitor and types of warehouses in transit to ensure processes and transactions are completed correctly. Coordinate material supply between the Central Warehouse and external warehousing providers. Requirements: Mandatory Professionals holding a degree and professional license in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
