Position Objective: Comply with the processes and procedures for the entry and exit of transport units, internal and external personnel according to the policies established by the organization. Job Functions: 1\. Conduct inspections of transport units entering and leaving the warehouse to verify compliance with the guidelines established in the C\-TPAT and OEA certifications. 2\. Register transport units entering and leaving the warehouse in the yard control system to provide timely and accurate information to the corresponding department. 3\. Apply established policies and procedures for pedestrian access to ensure compliance. 4\. Inspect private vehicles of internal and external personnel to maintain proper control of entries and exits, and identify risks or violations of internal policies. 5\. Report any violations of access policies and procedures established by the Group for internal and external personnel through incident reporting. 6\. Perform shift handover by recording any anomalies related to radio, PC, tablet, landline phone, and all assigned work tools, ensuring their proper operation.
