




Job Summary: A major automotive company is seeking a professional to develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs), implement quality systems, and oversee process improvements and team training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems 2. Train the team on operational procedures and quality standards 3. Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs). 2. Implement the QYT system at the production plant. 3. Prepare all relevant documentation related to achieving process quality objectives. 4. Supervise the proper application of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and new improvement plans. 5. Plan and coordinate with the shift engineer regarding process improvements. 6. Execute quality improvement activities related to SEQDCM, including 5S. 7. Document DIV\-A machinery and closely monitor and close quality findings. 8. Organize tools and materials. 9. Deliver training on standard operating procedures (SOPs) to all team members and train the team on quality standards. 10. Prepare PFD/PFC, PFMEA, and IPCS documents in accordance with the YRC standard. 11. Prepare work reports (logbooks) for each DIV\-A machine. 12. Monitor scrap and rework, and coordinate with the technical team to reduce scrap and rework. 13. Review all documents and checklists every six months and update them according to the system. 14. Identify process deficiencies for improvement and take corrective actions. 15. Participate in quality-related audits throughout the year. 16. Determine root causes of quality-related issues in the process 18.
