Ongoing training and professional development **Position: Sales Assistant – Electrical and Refrigeration Sector** **Company:** MAZ Soluciones **Location:** General Escobedo, Nuevo León **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description** At **MAZ Soluciones**, a company specializing in electrical solutions and refrigeration systems, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented **Sales Assistant** who will contribute to commercial growth through proper customer service, follow-up, and prospecting. **Job Objective** To provide comprehensive support to the sales department by preparing quotations, following up with existing and potential customers, scheduling visits, and generating new business opportunities in the electrical and refrigeration sectors. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparing quotations for electrical materials and refrigeration equipment. * Timely follow-up on submitted quotations. * Formal submission of commercial proposals via email. * Customer service and advisory support via phone, email, and in person. * Scheduling appointments for technical and commercial visits. * Supporting customer visits for site surveys and commercial follow-up. * Prospecting new customers via phone and field visits. * Updating and maintaining the customer database. * Preparing sales reports and tracking performance indicators. * Coordinating with the technical department for specification validation. * Assisting in negotiation and closing of sales. * Post-sales follow-up and handling warranty claims or clarifications. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration fields). * Experience preparing and following up on quotations. * Proficiency in email and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel preferred). * Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. * Experience in field and telephone prospecting. * Ability to organize and manage multiple customer accounts. * Basic knowledge of electrical materials or refrigeration equipment is desirable. **Competencies** * Results-oriented * Proactivity * Effective communication * Organization * Teamwork * Follow-up and closing ability **We Offer** * Base salary * Ongoing training * Career growth opportunity * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
