Seeking: **Project Engineer (Development and Innovation)** The primary **objective** of this position is to design, integrate, and scale (temperature and humidity) control systems in mobile units. Main responsibilities are divided into three phases: Design, Development, and Installation. Upon project completion, the solution will be replicated across each refrigerated unit owned by the company. * Prototype development (Phase 1, 2, 3\) * Installation in units * Testing and validation * Documentation (manuals / PNT) * Continuous system improvement * Operational technical support Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering. * Minimum two years of experience in project development, implementation, and supervision. * Telemetry * HMI interfaces * Integration with refrigeration equipment (Thermo King / Carrier) * Basic programming (C\+\+, Python) * NOM\-059 regulation or pharmaceutical industry standards * Sensor integration (temperature / humidity) * Electrical system design * Field installations (automotive or industrial) * Fault diagnosis and resolution We offer: * Option for indefinite-term contract. * Career growth * Economic stability. * Life insurance * Discounts at various stores.
