




Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical-minded Administrator to oversee finance and logistics, safeguarding business profitability through inventory management and resource optimization. Financial administration and payroll control We seek an Administrator with an analytical mindset and obsession with detail to take charge of financial and logistical operations. The ideal candidate is not a bar operator but a strategist behind the numbers—responsible for safeguarding business profitability through strict inventory control and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Control: Execution and supervision of physical vs. theoretical inventories; control of shrinkage, transfers, and variances. Procurement Management: Supplier negotiation, accounts payable control, and receipt of supplies meeting quality standards. Financial Administration: Supervision of cash register closings, cash flow management, payroll control, and weekly KPI reporting. Legal Compliance: Management of permits, licenses, and Civil Protection and Health files. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience: 3+ years in administrative roles, preferably within the food and beverage sector. Software: Advanced proficiency in Soft Restaurant systems and Excel.
