Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on university equipment and furniture, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of university equipment 2. Performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs 3. Developing maintenance programs and failure reports General Objective: Repair university equipment and furniture by performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper equipment functionality. General Responsibilities: * Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronic, etc. repairs on various university equipment * Inspect parts, lubricate or replace damaged components * Clean equipment * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules * Request spare parts inventory for repairs * Maintain order and control of the assigned workshop and tools required to perform job duties * Prepare failure and repair reports * Provide technical support to university faculty and students utilizing the clinics * Perform any other duties related to the position Requirements: Gender: Unrestricted Age: 25 to 45 years Education: Higher Technical Degree in Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Electromechanical Technician Honest Process-oriented Organized Attention to detail and service-oriented Employment Type: Probationary period Salary: $8,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Higher Technical Degree (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
