Job Summary: Conduct field surveying, layout, and on-site control for highway construction projects, ensuring accuracy in earthwork operations, and preparing office-based drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with teams to ensure proper project execution **JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform field surveying, layout, and on-site control for highway construction projects, as well as drafting and updating office-based drawings (CAD), ensuring accuracy in earthwork execution. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or Engineering degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **3 to 5 years’ experience in highway construction**, specifically in earthwork (excavation, embankment, grading), layout, and leveling. * Proficiency in total station, GPS, and level instruments * Ability to interpret highway project drawings * Generation of cross-sections, profiles, and volume calculations * Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D (mandatory) * Coordinate calculation and stakeout **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct field surveying. * Perform layout and leveling according to project specifications. * Monitor earthwork progress (excavations and embankments). * Prepare drawings, cross-sections, and reports in the office (CAD). * Verify alignments, elevations, and gradients on site. * Coordinate with site supervisors and equipment operators to ensure proper execution. * Maintain records of survey data and field logs. Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
