**Main Responsibilities** * **Personnel Management:** Leads, instructs, and motivates the security guard team, schedules shifts, and evaluates performance. * **Operations Supervision:** Conducts patrols, verifies compliance with instructions, reviews logs, and assesses security conditions at posts. * **Control and Compliance:** Ensures adherence to security regulations, company protocols, and applicable laws. * **Incident Response:** Supports and coordinates responses to emergencies, investigating and documenting incidents. * **Training and Development:** Identifies training needs and guides staff on security methodologies and policies. * **Reports and Documentation:** Prepares detailed reports on activities, incidents, and security management.
