This is your opportunity! **Your Profile:** * **Education:** Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree (Graduate or Intern). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year recruiting specifically for the **Private Security** sector (Mandatory). * **Digital Proficiency:** Expert use of job portals (Indeed, Talenteca, Computrabajo) and social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business). * **Mobility:** Experience and enthusiasm for field recruitment. * **Technology:** Proficiency in Office and Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Calendar). * **Plus:** Knowledge of administering and interpreting psychometric tests. **Skills and Values:** We seek a positive and dynamic individual with **natural drive and resilience** to face the challenges of the sector.
