




**What you will do** · Provide exceptional first-level customer service for all hardware and software issues using the company's ticket tracking system (KACE); properly document requests/issues and resolutions. · Installation, maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware (desktops, laptops, and terminals) and related peripherals (printers, monitors, mice, cameras, etc.) · Maintenance and troubleshooting of PC software, including but not limited to: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe, ShoreTel Call Manager, Lotus Notes, Java client, Internet browsers, and virtual private network (VPN). · Assist in maintaining the PC inventory and other technology assets. · Provide technical support for LAN/WAN, including but not limited to: Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN. · Provide technical support for LAN/WAN, including but not limited to: Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN. · Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and management regarding issues and resolutions. · Adhere to corporate policies and standards when acquiring, implementing, maintaining, and using technology; resolve or report unauthorized or non-standard use of computer hardware or software. · Maintain knowledge of current technical advances, industry trends, and standards. **Mandatory** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Advanced English (fluent conversation essential) * Solid knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals, including mobile computers, handheld scanners, thermal and label printers, and document printers. * Experience providing PC support, troubleshooting Windows operating systems, and offering end-user technical assistance. * General knowledge of networking and telecommunications technologies, including switches, routers, and cabling. * General understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and MS Active Directory. * Experience supporting multifunction and network printers in an enterprise environment. * Experience providing remote support for ISP carriers, servers, and network equipment in data center environments. * Ability to easily communicate technical information to non-technical users. * Must be well organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. * Must have a valid driver's license. **Preferred** * Experience working in production, warehouse, or operations environments * Hands-on experience supporting servers, network switches, and other data center infrastructures * Previous experience in networking or telecommunications * Technical certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Job type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Vision insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
