**Position: Maintenance Manager** **Location:** San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. **Company:** Tecnologías Integradas Industriales Siderúrgicas S.A. de C.V. **Department:** Maintenance **Reports to:** Project Manager **Position Objective** Manage and ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment and facilities, guaranteeing their availability, safe operation, and alignment with the company’s technical and operational objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. * Manage maintenance personnel. * Coordinate activities with production and other departments. * Manage procurement of spare parts and supplies. * Ensure equipment availability and proper functioning. * Supervise continuous improvement initiatives and departmental performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and energy control procedures. * Authorize maintenance schedules and staff incident reports. * Halt processes posing safety risks or critical failures. **Requirements** **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Maintenance, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in metal\-mechanical or similar industries. * Experience leading work teams. **Technical Knowledge:** * Maintenance management systems. * Blueprint interpretation and metrology. * Pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding. * Hand tools, working at heights, and energy control. * Use of technological tools. **Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Results orientation. * Continuous improvement. * Problem solving.
