**GI SIMAN**, a Mexican company with over 18 years of experience in **construction, manufacturing, industrial installations and assembly**, invites you to join its team as **Project Control Analyst**. **Position Objective** Record, track and update ongoing projects (civil, electrical, mechanical or industrial work), efficiently managing budgets and files to ensure return on investment and estimated profitability for each project. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor project budgets, ensuring established amounts are not exceeded. * Identify and report cost overruns to the relevant departments. * Record and track material purchases, requisitions and consumption. * Monitor labor hours used in each project and update the database. * Consolidate costs, expenses and payments made into official formats. * Prepare reports and delivery records for completed projects. * Manage physical and digital project files (scopes, quotations, expenses, etc.). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Project Management, Electrical, Electromechanical or related field). * **Professional title and license.** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in administrative control or monitoring of projects (civil, electrical, mechanical or industrial work). * **Advanced Excel skills 100% (pivot tables, formulas and reports).** * **Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail.** Position to be filled in Texcoco, State of Mexico, just a few streets from Chapingo University.
