




Summary: The Benefits Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison with Finance, managing benefit budgets, monitoring spend, and ensuring accurate funding. Highlights: 1. Collaborate cross-functionally for financial alignment. **Benefits Operations Manager** **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary liaison with Finance, reviewing reports, reconciling data, and escalating variances or anomalies to leadership for resolution. * Collaborate with Finance to develop and maintain the annual benefits budget, covering health \& welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary programs. * Monitor monthly and quarterly benefits spend, working cross\-functionally to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders. * Manage end\-to\-end vendor invoice processing, including validation, approval workflows, and vendor setup coordination. * Ensure timely and accurate funding of all benefit programs in partnership with Payroll and Finance, aligned with payroll cycles and vendor requirements. **Minimum Requirements** * Experience of 3 to 4 years of finance and benefits experience * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or Finance (preferred) * Strong understanding of benefits programs and related financial processes * Strong understanding of Benefit programs and practices. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment. * **Languages**: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
