Manages preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Leads and coordinates the maintenance team. 3. Ensures the operational readiness of production equipment. We view sustainability as the guiding principle across our operations, generating environmental, economic, and social value. ***Yard Maintenance Manager*** **Objective:** Ensure equipment remains in optimal condition, guaranteeing adherence to established production processes. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise preventive and/or corrective maintenance of operational equipment. * Assign and delegate daily preventive and/or corrective maintenance tasks to assigned technicians. * Administer DEACERO’s Total Maintenance Systems. * Provide necessary tools to perform maintenance in strict accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate the maintenance team to achieve established objectives.
