We are looking for: VENDING MACHINE OPERATOR TECHNICIAN JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide technical and operational support for assigned vending machines within the region. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 1. Technical degree in Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, Maintenance, Logistics, or Warehousing. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, computer equipment handling, and Software (MRP's), Inventory Administration. 3. Knowledge of ERP's, MRP's, Computer and Operational Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Inventory Administration 4. Vehicle operation (valid driver's license) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide technical support including software/hardware updates, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on vending machines. 2. Provide operational support including executing material transfer and location processes in the system, as well as stocking and arranging materials in vending machines. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on required vending machines. 4. Carry out physical configuration changes on vending machines when authorized. Field work required; must be able to drive and hold a valid driver's license. Must provide support for VM equipment at plants, conduct inventories, and deliver technical support as needed. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm LOCATION: Vallen Branch SLP Av. Industrias #900 Valle Dorado 78395, San Luis Potosí.
