Position Summary: We are seeking an intrapreneurial Regional Supervisor to lead high-performance teams, manage operations across multiple business units, and ensure excellent customer service. Intrapreneurial Profile: Someone who leads with vision and treats each business unit as their own entrepreneurial venture, always prioritizing the team and customers. · Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor's degree in related fields. Residence within the region and willingness to travel to stores. **360-degree management experience across multiple branches, with direct accountability for achieving all KPIs in retail or convenience store environments (e.g., OXXO, 3B, BARA, 7-Eleven, Farmacias Guadalajara, Heineken, Modelo, etc.). People management experience (over 25 employees) and knowledge of key operational processes (shrinkage, sales, inventory turnover, mystery shopper). Valid driver's license. · Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-performance teams with emphasis on personal and professional development of employees. Manage operations of multiple business units as if they were your own entrepreneurial venture, ensuring control and continuous improvement of operational metrics (sales, turnover, shrinkage, service). Ensure outstanding customer service at every store, consistently communicating the organizational culture. Collaborate with support departments (Human Resources, Procurement, Audit, IT, Labor Relations, Suppliers).
