Intrapreneurial Profile: Someone who leads with vision and treats each business unit as their own entrepreneurial venture, always prioritizing the team and customers. · Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in related fields. Residence within the region and availability to travel to stores. **Experience in 360° management of multiple branches and direct responsibility for achieving all KPIs in retail or convenience store settings (e.g., OXXO, 3B, BARA, 7-Eleven, Farmacias Guadalajara, Heineken, Modelo, etc.). People management (more than 25 employees) and knowledge of key processes (shrinkage, sales, turnover, mystery shopper). Valid driver’s license. · Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-performance teams, focusing on the personal and professional growth of employees. Manage operations of multiple business units as if they were your own entrepreneurial venture, ensuring control and continuous improvement of operational indicators (sales, turnover, shrinkage, service). Ensure excellent customer service at every store, conveying the organizational culture. Collaborate with support areas (Human Resources, Procurement, Auditing, IT Systems, Labor Relations, Suppliers).
