This opportunity is for you! · REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of experience in CONSUMER RETAIL companies. Ability to identify viable locations for new store openings. Proficiency in negotiating and signing lease agreements and negotiating with landlords. Effective management of government-related procedures. Competence in managing work teams. · YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Identify new potential locations and submit proposals to management for approval of new store openings. Select STORE OPENING locations according to specifications. Negotiate with potential partners for new store openings. Track the process of signing commercial and governmental contracts. Oversee the entire process—from identifying potential locations to opening the new store.
