Lead and supervise work teams in a healthcare environment. 2. Organize and plan daily activities for medical operations. 3. Serve as a key facilitator for the unit's operational needs. Medical Life, a leading company dedicated to health and wellness, invites you to join our team as: Unit Leader Mission: We are a professional healthcare company working toward a healthier Mexico. **Requirements:** * Personnel management experience * Proactive, committed, flexible, and responsible * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is particularly important) **Responsibilities:** * Supervise functions performed by personnel under your supervision. * Plan and organize daily activities for operations. * Ensure the unit adheres to its scheduled opening hours. * Supervise compliance with the established dress code by personnel. * Act as an operational facilitator and remain attentive to operational needs. **We Offer:** * $13,500 monthly gross salary * Statutory benefits * Fully paid training * Immediate hiring Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Personnel management: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
