Requirements: * Knowledge of food preparation. * Completed high school education (or incomplete). * FIFO inventory management knowledge. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene. * 1–2 years of experience as a kitchen supervisor. * Inventory management and order placement skills. * Knowledge of kitchen cleaning and organization.
