Passion for sales and customer service, with negotiation skills A leading company in the distribution of special steels is seeking a Counter Sales Representative. **Requirements:** * Age: 18 to 50 years old * Minimum education: High school diploma * Passion for sales and customer service * Strong negotiator * Goal- and target-oriented with defined sales objectives * Availability for scheduled working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers at the counter * Provide customer service via telephone * Expand the customer base * Follow up with customers * Issue quotations * Close sales **We Offer:** * Guaranteed salary for 3 months: $12,000 MXN per month (before taxes) * Base salary starting from the 4th month: $9,451 MXN per month (before taxes), plus commissions * Monthly punctuality bonus: $300 MXN * Direct employment with the company * Weekly payment! * Savings fund and life insurance Immediate hiring!!
