Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable customer service experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector. 2. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and efficiently and accurately handle cash. 3. Solid knowledge of credit techniques, deposit acquisition, and loan placement. 4. Strong verbal communication skills and attentiveness. · Responsibilities: · 1. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and providing expert advice. 2. Handle daily teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency. 3. Apply credit and deposit acquisition techniques to promote company services and products. 4. Resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
