Job Summary: Maintain the material inventory system up to date, process plant access procedures, and control inventories, goods, and expenses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive inventory and warehouse logistics control 2. Inventory management and requisition preparation 3. Maintenance of various records and controls Core Purpose: Maintain the material inventory system at 100% accuracy, integrity, and control. Process plant access procedures. • Goods receipt (physical and in system) • Product storage inventory and control • Inter-warehouse transfers • Record goods dispatches • Prepare requisitions for missing materials • Maintain various records and controls up to date (petty cash, reports, expense control) • Prepare production orders • Keep documentation and mechanical service records for units organized • Uniform and PPE inventory control • Package shipping to other accounts • Perform any other related tasks assigned • Report any anomalies not covered by procedures or job descriptions.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Technological High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 35 years Knowledge: Warehouse control, Inventory, Shipping logistics, Control systems Keywords: warehouseman, bodeguero, almacenista
