Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Designer, or related professional to ensure efficient execution of production operations, coordinating teams and providing technical support in manufacturing and design. We work closely with our parent plant in Europe, ensuring high standards of quality, technology, and customer service. **W E A R E H I R I N G:** * MECHANICAL ENGINEER * INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER * OR RELATED FIELD To ensure efficient execution of production operations through active shop-floor participation, team coordination, and technical support in manufacturing and design processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Actively participate in daily operations (shop-floor monitoring) * Lead and develop production and engineering teams * Supervise and coordinate production flow * Provide technical support in machining and manufacturing processes * Prepare and review drawings (for approval and production) * Ensure adherence to production plans and delivery schedules * Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks * Coordinate and monitor operational teams * Ensure proper execution of preventive maintenance * Implement continuous process improvements * Maintain communication with other departments and the parent plant as required **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience with cutting tools (PCD preferred but not mandatory) * Knowledge of machining applications and troubleshooting * Problem-solving methodologies * AutoCAD design proficiency * Technical drawing interpretation * GD\&T * Conversational English * Metrology knowledge * Experience (preferred) in processes such as: EDM / Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, Induction Welding **KEY SKILLS** * Shop-floor leadership * Practical and solution-oriented approach * Sense of urgency * Analytical thinking * Organizational ability * Proactivity * Teamwork Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Expected salary: * Have you supervised personnel?
