Job Summary: The Maintenance Assistant will support the conservation, repair, and maintenance of university facilities, ensuring optimal spaces for the university community. Key Highlights: 1. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for supporting the conservation, repair, and maintenance of university facilities, ensuring that academic and administrative spaces remain in optimal condition for students, faculty, and staff. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. * Assist with minor repairs of furniture and equipment. * Monitor the proper functioning of basic systems (lighting, ventilation, water supply). * Respond promptly to maintenance reports. * Collaborate on infrastructure improvement projects. Requirements * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and carpentry. * Availability to work during hours established by the institution. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
