Actively searching for candidates and pre-screening resumes. 2. Coordinating interviews and tracking assessments. 3. Supporting the creation of job descriptions and postings. **Main Responsibilities** * Actively sourcing candidates from job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases. * Screening and pre-evaluating resumes according to job requirements. * Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates. * Tracking psychometric or technical assessments (as applicable per process). * Recording and updating information in Excel or other tools. * Supporting the creation of job descriptions and postings on job portals. * Following up with candidates throughout the interview process. * Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment.
