Position Summary: We are seeking a Collection Dispatch Manager to manage, monitor, and recover delinquent accounts, while supporting the training of the legal collections team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and monitoring of external collection agencies 2. Support in training the legal collections team 3. Performance evaluation and feedback Grupo Salinas and the Legal Collections Department. We are currently seeking: Collection Dispatch Manager for TONALA, CHIAPAS and surrounding areas. Job Requirements: University degree holder or currently completing graduation. Bachelor’s degree in Law or administrative fields (completed). Valid Class A driver’s license. Availability to work on weekends. Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Willingness to travel and perform field operations. Ability to drive a standard vehicle. Job Responsibilities: Management of external collection agencies, monitoring of delinquent accounts, and recovery efforts. Proficiency in collection management tools. Support in training the legal collections team. Performance evaluation and feedback for external collection agencies. Preparation of reports and performance indicators. Recovery of goods.
