Job Summary: KATCON is seeking a Quality Intern to support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Quality Management System, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Opportunity for development in process control and continuous improvement **KATCON is looking for:** **Quality Intern** **Responsibilities:** * Support in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the Quality Management System. * Preparation, control, and updating of system documentation (procedures, forms, work instructions, and records). * Collection, basic analysis, and monitoring of quality indicators (KPIs). * Support in quality control activities for processes and products. * Support in process standardization and continuous improvement. * Participation in non-conformance analysis and basic quality tools (5S, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.). * General administrative support for the Quality department. * Follow-up on tasks assigned by the department. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. * In 7th or 8th semester. * Basic knowledge of quality systems and industrial processes. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. **Schedule:** * 4 to 6 hours daily, Monday through Friday. **Work Mode:** * On-site. **Location:** * Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
