Fleet Mobility and Operational Supervision** * Verify that the national fleet remains in motion to fulfill operational logistics requirements. * Proactively ensure the release of vehicles detained at impound lots. * Coordinate the delivery of missing documentation required for TR1 and TR2 operations. ### **2\. Claims Management and Vehicle Release** * Supervise the proper release of vehicles from impound lots. * Coordinate payment for towing services solely related to traffic violations. * Manage cost absorption with the insurance provider where applicable. * Ensure vehicles are reintegrated into operations within the timeframes established by internal processes. ### **3\. Vehicle-Related Procedures Management** * Supervise the correct execution and payment of procedures such as: + License plate registration and cancellation + Document replacement + Guarantee recovery + License plate exchange / re-plating * Validate appropriate documentation for each vehicle-related procedure performed. ### **4\. Vendor and Payment Control** * Ensure requests for onboarding towing and impound lot vendors nationwide. * Supervise the monthly processing and verification of expenses generated by these services. ### **5\. Permits and Regulatory Compliance** * Supervise the management and payment of local loading/unloading permits. * Ensure permits have prior authorization from the Legal Department. * Monitor the annual payment of vehicle ownership tax applicable to the TR2 fleet. ### **6\.
