Your primary mission will be to lead the technical architecture of our e-commerce ecosystem, guaranteeing a scalable, secure, and high-performance environment. The ideal candidate holds absolute respect for development best practices, prioritizing the use of **hooks and add-ons** to preserve the integrity of the platform’s core. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Architecture and Deployment:** Lead server installation and optimization in **LAMP/LEMP** environments, ensuring minimal load times and high availability. * **Extension Development:** Design and develop **Add-ons from scratch**, extending business logic without compromising system upgradeability. * **Strategic Integrations:** Connect CS-Cart with external services (APIs) such as payment gateways, ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Odoo), CRMs, and logistics providers. * **Frontend Customization:** Adapt the user experience using the **Smarty** template engine, efficiently managing layouts and styles. * **Maintenance and Security:** Conduct security audits, resolve critical bugs, and manage major and minor version updates. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computing, Informatics, Software, or related fields. * Certifications in PHP or AWS/Azure (Desirable). **Technical Skills (Mandatory):** * **Advanced PHP (7.4/8.x):** Mastery of object-oriented programming and design patterns. * **CS-Cart Ecosystem:** Demonstrable experience with the **Hooks (PHP and TPL)** system and native API handling. * **Databases:** Advanced MySQL (query optimization and schema design). * **E-Commerce Frontend:** Solid proficiency in **Smarty Templates**, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript/jQuery. * **Basic DevOps:** Proficiency in Git (Gitflow), Composer, and Linux server administration. **Soft Skills:** * **Architectural Thinking:** Ability to envision long-term solutions (scalability). * **Technical Communication:** Ability to read complex technical documentation in **English** and communicate effectively with international support teams. * **Problem Solving:** Analytical approach to debugging critical issues in payment and checkout processes.
