As a Data Science Consultant, you will play a vital role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions. **Responsibilities** * Lead the creation, development, and implementation of ML/AI solutions, offering both technical expertise and strategic guidance * Design and deploy responsible AI systems, tailoring solutions to client requirements with precise planning and robust evaluation strategies * Champion AI adoption across various organizational units, driving innovation through new products and solutions * Analyze challenges faced by clients and demonstrate how ML/AI solutions address key issues effectively * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers, mentoring and strengthening their capabilities * Monitor advancements in ML/AI technology, encouraging innovative practices aligned with regulatory standards * Facilitate seamless project transitions through effective collaboration with business, legal, and technical stakeholders * Develop ML solutions while managing project scopes and overseeing team performance from initial sales to delivery stages * Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and consistent communication * Engage senior\-level client stakeholders to encourage AI integration across their organizations * Support sales and pre\-sales activities by evaluating data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and preparing proposal presentations **Requirements** * 8\+ years of experience in IT with a strong background in Data Science * 3\+ years in leadership roles, including positions such as Lead, Manager, or Architect, within Agile or hybrid environments * Extensive experience managing teams of 20 or more members * Participation in a minimum of 5 full project cycles or significant product launches * Comprehensive leadership experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI * Proven ability in designing and deploying ML/AI solutions * Knowledge of Machine Learning, encompassing deep learning, statistical methods, and various ML models * Capability to engage and influence senior stakeholders for project funding or support * Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences * Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow * Flexibility to translate complex business needs into actionable ML/AI implementations * Familiarity with regulated industries or regulatory technology applications * Background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Advanced proficiency in English to ensure clear communication and relationship management **Nice to have** * Showcase of additional certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning * Familiarity with public speaking or conducting workshops focused on AI advancements
