Opportunities for professional growth and development. **About the Role** As an **Artificial Intelligence Engineer** at **JANA Inc.**, you will play a key role in designing and building AI\-powered solutions that streamline and enhance the creation and management of technical documentation. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to develop scalable, reliable, and high\-impact AI systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy **Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Model (LLM), and Computer Vision** solutions for tasks such as classification, prediction, object detection, OCR, image processing, text summarization, text generation, and information extraction. * Build and maintain high\-performance **APIs using FastAPI** for internal and external consumption. * Integrate and operate third\-party AI services and SDKs (e.g., **OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral, Ollama**), managing authentication, rate limits, and observability. * Design and implement **Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG)** architectures, including document ingestion, indexing, retrieval strategies, and grounding. * Collect, preprocess, annotate, and manage datasets for training, evaluation, and versioning of models and artifacts. * Optimize, fine\-tune, and evaluate ML, LLM, and Computer Vision models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. * Collaborate with technical writers and software engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new applications. * Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high\-quality, maintainable, and scalable services. * Communicate technical findings, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders. * Stay up to date with advances in ML, LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision, applying state\-of\-the\-art techniques to the toolchain. * (Optional/Plus) Apply **Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)** techniques such as PPO or DPO. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Development, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus). * 2–3 years of hands\-on, verifiable experience working on AI projects. * Proven experience developing **ML models and/or LLM\-based NLP solutions**, including Computer Vision pipelines (object detection, OCR). * Strong proficiency in **Python** and ML/LLM ecosystems such as **PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy**. * Practical experience designing and developing APIs, preferably using **FastAPI**. * Experience integrating external AI services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral, Ollama). * Working knowledge of **LangChain and LangGraph** for LLM orchestration, tools, or agent\-based systems. * Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and training workflows. * Experience with **RAG architectures** and evaluation methodologies. * Strong proficiency in **Linux environments** (shell, permissions, packaging, basic networking, debugging). * Knowledge of version control systems and software development best practices. * Experience with cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP** is a plus. * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Excellent communication skills. **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Benefits as required by law * Food vouchers * Monthly performance bonus * Transportation support * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Language Requirements** * **English: Mandatory** **How to Apply** If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and contribute to the success of our team, we look forward to receiving your application. **Please submit your resume in English.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
