Learning attitude and responsibility VACANCY: FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT A leading telecommunications company seeks a FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT to support the installation technician in activities related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic services, ensuring proper execution of tasks and compliance with quality and safety standards. Location: Cd. Valles, San Luis Potosí Vacancies: 2 Age: 18 to 45 years **Functions and Responsibilities** * Assist in fiber optic installation at residential and/or commercial premises * Prepare tools, materials, and work equipment * Perform cable laying, conduit routing, and fiber fixation * Assist in fiber splicing, connectorization, and basic testing (as per training) * Verify orderliness and cleanliness of the work area * Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE * Assist in safeguarding and transporting tools and materials * Follow instructions from the responsible technician * Assist in preparing basic work reports **Requirements** * Minimum education: High school diploma * Desired experience in fiber optics * Availability for fieldwork * Flexible schedule availability (rotating shifts) * Physical capability and ability to work at heights **Desired Knowledge** * Basic use of hand tools * Familiarity with structured cabling or fiber optics * Basic knowledge of field safety **Competencies** * Teamwork * Responsibility * Attention to instructions * Learning attitude * Punctuality Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $9,328.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Relocation/Moving capability: * Ciudad Valles, S.
