Position for Human Resources Generalist in a development company. **Ciudad Valles, SLP** Monthly salary: $32,000 MXN Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage the recruitment and selection process: job postings, interviews, assessments, and hiring. * Coordinate induction and training for new employees. * Handle payroll, attendance records, and incident management in coordination with accounting or tax departments. * Supervise compliance with internal policies, regulations, and labor procedures. * Participate in performance evaluations, workplace climate assessments, and employee development plans. * Support the implementation of talent retention and motivation strategies. * Monitor employment contracts, registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS and other labor authorities. * Manage employee files and maintain updated documentation. * Collaborate in organizing company events and internal communications. * Advise employees on labor and regulatory matters. * Participate in labor audits and respond to requests from competent authorities. **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $32,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
