Work Mode: On-site \| Full-time **Requirements:** * Graduate or intern in Civil Engineering (or related field). * 2\+ years of experience in site supervision, cost estimation, budgeting, or project management. * Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, data handling (macros/VBA desirable). * AutoCAD and/or CivilCAD for quantity takeoffs. * MS Project or equivalent tool for scheduling. * Experience with progress measurement, estimates, and volume control. * Familiarity with construction program management and physical-financial control. * Experience maintaining logs and preparing weekly reports. * Desirable: experience in paving, roads, and bridges; knowledge of standards and specifications (SCT). **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and update weekly and monthly physical-financial controls. * Validate progress measurements and estimates; reconcile volumes versus physical progress. * Compile photographic evidence and supporting documentation. * Coordinate with site manager, surveying, and administration teams to ensure quality and traceability. * Prepare executive reports for management and clients. \* **Skills:** * Organizational and administrative discipline. * Technical analysis and attention to detail. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
