




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engineer in personnel and production management, with a focus on meeting performance indicators and resolving problems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in personnel administration and production programs. 2. Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, Kaizen, 5S). 3. Strong focus on leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking. **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineer. **2 years of experience in:** * Personnel administration * Ensuring timely execution of production programs. * Ensuring compliance with departmental performance indicators: AY, Scrap, IR, Overtime. * Tracking closure of corrective actions arising from audits within their area; informing assigned personnel and following up on decisions and agreements reached during such meetings. * Working with problem-solving tools (8D, Kaizen, 5W+1H, 4M, 3Ms, 5S, material handling) **Competencies** * Negotiation * Teamwork * Critical thinking * Leadership * Proactivity, analytical ability Employment type: Full-time Salary: $100.00 - $200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
