A growing logistics-sector company is seeking to add a **Junior Operations Manager** to its team to coordinate and ensure the proper execution of personnel transportation operations in San Luis Potosí. Location San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. Salary $30,000 to $35,000 per month Job Objective Ensure operational efficiency, service compliance, and proper coordination of routes, drivers, and vehicles, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational control. Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to routes and schedules. * Coordinate drivers, supervisors, and dispatchers. * Monitor operational incidents and resolve problems in real time. * Supervise vehicle condition and availability. * Validate operational documentation and regulatory compliance. * Participate in recruitment processes and follow-up for operational staff. * Present operational indicators and results. * Maintain ERP system with accurate and timely information. * Coordinate external support services in case of contingencies. Requirements * Experience in operations, logistics, or transportation. * Experience coordinating operational staff. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in operational KPIs. * Organizational and tracking skills. * Willingness to travel to various operational sites. * Familiarity with administrative tools and ERP systems is desirable.
